All Dropcast orders are shipped pan-India via Delhivery.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. A handling fee of ₹39 is charged for COD orders. This fee is non-refundable.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. We periodically offer free shipping on select drops — keep an eye on our announcements.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or remote locations. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.
