1. General

By accessing or purchasing from Dropcast (flowmender.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

All Dropcast products are limited edition, drop-based collectibles. Product availability is not guaranteed once a drop closes. Images are representative and minor variations in the final product may occur due to the 3D printing process.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change between drops without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. For COD orders, a handling fee of ₹39 applies. Dropcast reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Dropcast does not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products within 5 days of delivery, with valid proof. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.

6. Shipping

Dropcast ships pan-India via Delhivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including product designs, images, copy, and branding is the property of Dropcast. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dropcast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
