No Refunds

All sales at Dropcast are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Each drop is a limited edition release and is priced and fulfilled accordingly.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only in the following case:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The exchange request is raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Photo or video proof of the damage must be submitted at the time of the request

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will work with you to find a resolution.

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the damage in your message.
